Návrh Plánu BOZP pro rekonstrukci rozvodny elektrické energie

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu plánu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) pro rekonstrukci elektrické rozvodny. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základy Vyplývající z legislativy České republiky pro tvorbu plánu BOZP. Práce obsahuje stručný přehled platné legislativy, klíčových pojmů a problematiku úrazovosti ve stavebnictví. Další část se věnuje povinnostem jednotlivých účastníků výstavby z pohledu BOZP. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný návrh plánu BOZP, který tvoří samostatná příloha této diplomové práce. V této části jsou podrobně analyzovány klíčové aspekty bezpečnosti a provedena riziková analýza. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje přehledné shrnutí a zhodnocení identifikovaných rizik spojených s realizací stavby.

This thesis focuses on the development of an occupational health and safety (OHS) plan for the reconstruction of an electrical substation. In the theoretical part, the basics of the Czech legislation for the development of the OHS plan are presented. The thesis contains a brief overview of the current legislation, key concepts and the issue of accidents in the construction industry. The next part is devoted to the obligations of individual participants in the construction from the perspective of OSH. The practical part is focused on the design of the OSH plan itself, which is a separate annex to this thesis. In this part, key safety aspects are analysed in detail and a risk analysis is carried out. The final chapter contains a clear summary and evaluation of the identified risks associated with the construction.
