Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dedicated property valuation approaches. Approaches and methods are defined here, that are devoted to property valuation in general, more specifically, the methods are described and practically shown, which only deal with land valuation. There are approaches to market valuation of land as well as administrative valuation. The aim is to explain the basic concepts not only of land, but property valuation in general, describe valuation methods and approaches so, that people can understand, who do not move in this area. Most important, however, was to appreciate the different types of land by different methods a show, how results can differ and clarify fact, why this is so.
