Solvency Assessment of Starbucks Corporation

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is talking about the solvency of Starbucks. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the factors which influence the solvency of the company. And analyzing the solvency ability of Starbucks. We used the common-size analysis, financial ratio analysis and pyramidal decomposition. All the data we used are from the Starbucks’ financial statement during period 2015-2018. By calculating the solvency of the company, we can know the operating conditions of the company and the ability to repay the debt. Also, we can know whether there is a big risk for company. Importantly, if we know the solvency of Starbucks, we can decide whether we need to invest the company. Or how to manage the company.

Bakalářské práce hovoří o solventnosti Starbucks. Cílem práce je analyzovat faktory, které ovlivňují solventnost společnosti. A analyzování schopnosti solventnosti Starbucks. Používali jsme analýzu běžných rozměrů, finanční analýzu a pyramidálním rozklad. Všechny údaje, které jsme použili, jsou z finančního výkazu Starbucks v období 2015-2018.
