Zrychlená aerobní fermentace v rotačním bioreaktoru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a process of an aerobic fermentation in model rotary bioreactor research. The theoretical part of the thesis describes a processing method of a biodegradable waste focused on composting processes. The thesis describes a test of biological stability of fermentate by the AT4 method, its principle of determination, equipment and calculations. The thesis is furthermore focused on the use of aerobic fermentation abroad and valid legislation in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the bachelor thesis consists of five experiments performed in a rotary bioreactor with square chamber section. The effects of substrates and operating conditions of the reactor were monitored for individual experiments on the incurred fermentate, whose properties were evaluated at the thesis conclusion.
