Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of marketing communication between the University of Ostrava and its faculties. The marketing survey aimed at the analysis of chosen means of communication and analysis processing in a way that enables to compare the communication of individual faculties. This goal was achieved by collecting primary data obtained in a questionnaire survey, secondary data, and their following analysis. On the basis of the research results certain measures are recommended in the final part of the work that could improve current situation of the University of Ostrava and its faculties.
