Abstract

This dissertation thesis deals with the alteration of methodological procedure for making Notification pursuant to Annex 3 of the Act No. 100/2001 Coll. The document is based on current methodology, which is based on the already broken the law No. 244/1992 Coll. The proposed methodology summarizes the author's experiences with the preparation of Notification for the various types of projects (roads) included in Section 9.1 of Annex 1 category II of the Act, and provides answers to possible questions that may occur during preparation of the Notification. In the final part os the document, there are listed commonly used compensatory measures. The text also mentions the work methodology prepared in accordance with other laws, respectively methodologies and methodological recommendations drawn up to address specific impacts (eg, migration and migration permeability), etc.
