Aplikace statistických a grafických metod k analýze údajů o kvalitě produktů

Abstract

The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is “Application of statistical and graphical methods to analyze data on the quality of products”. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described the basic terms, which are connected with the quality management. Then the thesis includes descriptions of basic methods, which are used in quality management. The practical part of the thesis contains introduction of the company and familiarisation with the discovered problem on the locking system on the doors of cars. Then proceeds application of the selected quality management tools for solving the problem identified, evaluation, analysis of identified causes. As the last step, was implemented the corrective and preventive measures to prevent the repeatable occurrence of errors.
