Abstract
The object of the bachelor thesis is processing of project documentation for the construction of a residental building including the thermal-technical appraisal of its perimeter constructions. It also includes the technological progress of building a monolithic ferroconcrete staircase and its detailed itemized budget with measurement sheet. In addition, processing of a line schedule of construction work.
The purpose is a time and economic comparison of processing of the monolithic staircase made of ferroconcrete and a staircase made of prefabricated panels.
