Abstract

HALÍČKOVÁ, Hana. Design of tools for increasing employee involvement in the field of OHS. Bachelor´s thesis. Ostrava, 2021. VŠB –Technical University of Ostrava. Faculty of Safety Engineering This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of employee involvement in the field of OHS in a selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the general legislative requirements and requirements of ISO 45001, motivation and engagement of employee, the principles of human behavior and analysis of current issues of employee involvement in health and safety. The practical part is focused on a specific company and discusses the current level of involvement of their employees in the field OHS. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the design of specific tools that will increase the participation of employees in the field of OHS.
