Abstract

Abstract: This work deals with evaluating the financial health of the company AL INVEST Břidličná by using methods of financial analysis. In the theoretical section summarizes the methods that are subsequently used in the calculations in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the analysis of absolute indicators and ratios indicators. Furthermore, there was performed the calculation of economic value added and has been found the financial situation of AL INVEST Břidličná with creditworthiness and bankruptcy models. In the practical part, all indicators and models are calculated and commented with tables and graphs. The purpose of the whole thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company. For this assessment was used only publicly available materials that are part of the financial statements. This assessment provide to managers of the company in the financial management. Furthermore, this work brings many methods which could be introduced in the company and could be the company help to better inform in the area of financial management.
