Využití nástrojů projektového řízení při výstavbě domova pro seniory

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the processing of timing, resource and cost analysis of the project “Construction of Senior Citizens Home”. The thesis consists theoretical and methodological section where readers learn the basic concepts of project management (i.e. the project, the project initiation, the project management and project risks), and methods that are suitable for planning the schedule, work and material resources and calculation of the total project costs. There are applied chosen methods and procedures at the project “Construction of Senior Citizens Home" in the practical part of the thesis. Timing, resources and financial analysis were processed in software MS Project. The annex of the thesis involves detailed results of the analysis. The thesis and the methodological part in particular may be used as a basis for drawing up projects of a similar nature. It may also provide summarized information for those interested in these issues among the general schema_dspacedb.
