Strategické řízení lidských zdrojů v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Obsah diplomové práce je zaměřen na řízení lidských zdrojů, konkrétně na proces získávání a metody výběru zaměstnanců v podnikové praxi. Teoretická část předkládá obecné poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů získané z odborné literatury. V praktické části si práce klade za cíl podat věrný obraz Assessment centre realizovaného v konkrétní podnikové praxi. Cílem této práce je analýza a vzájemné srovnání interního a externího pořádání Assessment centre.

The content of the thesis is focused on the management of human resources, specifically in the acquisition process and methods of selection of staff in the corporate practice. The theoretical part presents a general knowledge in the area of human resources management, derived from the literature. In the practical part of the work aims to give a true picture of the Assessment centre established in a particular business practice. The aim of this work is the analysis and comparison of internal and external organisation of the Assessment centre.
