Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a building – an apartment building in Brno. The apartment building is situated in Brno. It is a detached building situated in a built-up part of the area. The concept was to create spaces for permanent living. The apartment building has three above-ground floors and one underground. The function of the underground floor is designed as a cellar and technical background of the building.. The apartment building has six residential units. From the point of view of the load-bearing structure, it is a brick building made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The bachelor thesis is divided into a text and a drawing part. The text part is elaborated according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. The bachelor thesis also includes thermal and technical assessment of the roof and static calculation of the staircase.
