Srovnání generací X, Y, Z na trhu práce

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of three generations, namely generations X, Y and Z on the labor market. The aim of the work is to compare and analyze the position of the mentioned generations on the labor market and to find out how they differ from each other or, conversely, what they have in common in the field of career priorities, employment and attitudes towards work in general. It also focuses on the way in which representatives of individual generations search for job offers, which factors they consider important when choosing an employer, and which, on the other hand, would lead them to change employers. The diploma thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter being the introduction and the last being the conclusion. The methodology and objectives of the work are described in the second chapter. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of individual generations and theoretical aspects related to the labor market. An integral part is the definition of the labor market, market supply and demand, and a description of the current situation on the labor market in the Czech Republic.
