Abstract
This dissertation, examines the business processes within the shopping through electronic auctions. Furthermore, this work is focusing on the evaluation of suppliers. The aim is to analyze the selected processes and suggest improvements. For electronic auctions, the proposal of improvements will also benefit the economics. The whole dissertation is based on results gained from the Veolia Energie CZ, Inc.
