Abstract
The first part, theoretical, contains description of education in context of contemporary trends in the area of QMS, the issues of education, motivation and social responsibility of organizations.
In the second part basic facts about the company TROJEK a.s. are processed, including areas of its operation, politics of quality and environment and much more interesting information.
In the third part, practical, analysis is made of current approach to education in TROJEK a.s. company, as well as implementation of research in the field of CSR education and suggestions on company education.
In the fourth part, final, the whole thesis is evaluated. Conclusions and recommendations are presented.
