Abstract
Thesis is concerned with verification of chosen technological properties of green sand system (GSS) under influence of chosen core sand (Shell sand, CO2-resol) in amount of 30% per weight. GSS with addition of core sand is exposed to conditions similar to real foundry mould. It is examined decrease of the strength properties of GSS with core sand addition, temperature field of the casting, loss of active bentonite and the effect of added core systems on grain size.
