Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je praktické hodnocení efektivnosti investice do modernizace operativního a automatického řízení přesunu volně loženého sortimentu cementu na silniční váhy. Úprava stávajícího systému by měla maximalizovat zkrácení průměrného čekacího času autocisteren při nakládce. Hlavním přínosem by měli být především spokojení zákazníci a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která obsahuje představení podniku a základní pojmy z oblasti investic, investiční činnosti podniku, třídění investic, předinvestiční fáze, klasifikace a řízení rizik, hodnotící metody a hodnocení jejich výsledků. Praktická část obsahuje představení plánované investice. Dále samotné hodnocení efektivnosti dané investice, popis zjištěných výsledků a přínos investice pro investora.

The aim of the thesis is a practical evaluation of the efficiency of investment in the modernization of operational and automatic control of the transfer of bulk cement assortment to road scales. The modification of the existing system should maximize the reduction of the average waiting time of tankers at loading. The main benefit should be satisfied customers and increased competitiveness. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which includes the introduction of the company and the basic concepts of investment, investment activities of the company, classification of investments, pre-investment phases, classification and risk management, evaluation methods and evaluation of their results. The practical part contains an introduction of the planned investment. Furthermore it describes the actual evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment, the description of results and the benefits of investment for the investor.
