Abstract

The aim of the thesis is in the example of the City Hall Karvina and the Municipal Authority Orlova evaluate the training of staff in 2005-2012. The evaluation criteria are the educational needs of the City Hall Karvina and the Municipal Authority Orlova, forms of education officials City Hall Karvina and Municipal Office Orlova and funding of training and education costs City Hall Karvina and the Municipal Authority of Orlova. The work is divided into theoretical and application part. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts in the field of education officials in public administration. The application part is made practical research and evaluation of individual criteria between the City Hall Karvina and Municipal Authority Orlova in the time period 2005-2012. In conclusion is applied correlation analysis for evaluate the cost of education City Hall Karvina and Municipal Office Orlova in the period. Based on the analysis is development of recommendations and proposals in the education system City Hall Karvina and the Municipal Authority of Orlova. To achieve the goals of this work were used method of time series analysis, induction and deduction in drawing conclusions, analysis of internal documents and data, comparative analysis and correlation analysis. The time series of data used was determined for the period 2005-2012.
