Dvojdomek v Ostravě-Martinově

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction implementation of duplex houses in Ostrava-Martinov. Bachelor´s thesis was preceded by an architectural study and project documentation for building permit. Building plot is situated on vacant part of village Ostrava-Martinov. The building is consist of two detached houses which are conected by common covered corridor. One of the house has two floors and it should be for family with children. The second one has one floor and it is for two seniors (grandparents).
