Zvýšení efektivity obslužných procesů ve skladovém hospodářství

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to increase effectivity of service processes in warehouse management company SCHENKER spol. s. r. o. The target of the project is the current situation at the branch store in Ostrava, in terms the numbers of projects, utilising the storage space and the staffing, too, because of the building up project. The concept of changes such as edit in the structure of projects, changes at the shelf system and strengthening the quantity of empoyees. This suggest changes will be evaluated to further development of the company.
