Dřevostavby z pohledu požární bezpečnosti staveb

Abstract

This thesis deals with fire safety requirements for timber buildings in the Czech republic. First part shows brief characteristic of type of timber buildings used at this time and trends of timber buildings building-up in recent years. The other parts describe fire classification of wood construction products, sorting structural member and systems, fire safety requirements for timber buildings, resistance fire of wooden constructions and examination of distance. The last part deals with proposal active element procuration for increasing fire safety of timber buildings. The thesis should serve as summary of fire safety of timber buildings.
