Vliv kvality chromitového ostřiva na mechanické vlastnosti ST - furanových směsí

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis describes the chromite sand and influence on mechanical properties of self-set furan mixtures. The theoretical part contains characterization of chromite sand including regeneration. Further is introduced II. generation of bonded system focusing on furan resins, more precisely self-set mixtures. Practical part of the presented thesis is focused on influence of the chromite sand quality on reactivity of the bonded system for molds and cores production with using self-set furan mixtures. Three different chromite sands and their regenerates (mechanical reclamation by seperation) from selected suppliers were evaluated.
