Bezpečnost práce při ražbě tunelů

Abstract

The aim of this work is to evaluate safety and health at work during the excavation of road and railway tunnels. The work contains statutory regulations of mining legislation, which set requirements for safety and protection at work and safety in mining activities. Then the work describes the exemplary technological process of excavation tunnels, which is currently used. Subsequently, there are presented incidents – accidents and their causes, which were in the Czech Republic and in the world in last 15 years. Statistics of accidents that occurred during the excavation of tunnels are got from the data provided by companies engaged in building of underground constructions. Analysis of occupational risk assessment is worked up with selected method. The conclusion part of the work includes recommendations to improve safety and reduce occupational risks.
