Hodnocení výkonnosti stavebního podniku pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení výkonnosti stavebního podniku prostřednictvím Blanced Scorecard. Cílem je navrhnout aplikaci komplexního hodnocení výkonnosti s použitím metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část je věnovaná deskripci metody BSC a popisu a vysvětlení jednotlivých perspektiv BSC včetně jejich důležitosti pro naplnění strategie. V praktické části jsou navrženy jednotlivé kroky tvorby této koncepce hodnocení a současně i řízení podniku. Závěrečná část zachycuje návrhy a doporučení na zvýšení výkonnosti podniku prostřednictvím koncepce Balanced Scorecard v praxi.

The subject of diploma thesis is The Performance Assessment of the Construction Company Based on the Balanced Scorecard Approach. The main objective is to design assessment application in the selected Company. The theoretical part of the work is dedicated to BSC method description and depiction and explanation various BSC perspectives with their importance for business strategy. In the practical part are design individual steps for formation of this assessment concept and business management as well. The final section shows the suggestions and recommendations to improve business performance through the concept of Balanced Scorecard in practice.
