Kamerové zabezpečení obce Ostrava - Radvanice a Bartovice

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje navržení kamerového systému v městském obvodu Radvanice a Bartovice. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit bezpečnostní situaci v obci Radvanice a Bartovice, zajistit kritická místa z hlediska bezpečnosti a navrhnout vybudování kamerového systému v obci za účelem potírání trestné činnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativou dané problematiky, kamerovým systémem s komponenty a bezpečnostní analýzou. Pozornost byla zaměřena na popis problematických míst a vyhodnocení bezpečností situace v městském obvodě Radvanice a Bartovice. Stěžejní části bylo zpracování třech analýz bezpečnostních rizik v městském obvodu Radvanice a Bartovice. Závěrem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhů vhodných opatření a výběr nejvhodnější varianty na základě teoretických znalostí a praktických poznatků.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a camera system in Radvanice and Bartovice. The aim of the study was to evaluate the security situation in the municipality of Radvanice and Bartovice, to ensure the critical areas in terms of safety and to design the construction of camera system in municipal district in order to eliminate criminal activities. The theoretical part deals with thelegislation of the issue, the camera system with its components and safety analysis. The attention was focused on the description of problem areas and the evaluation of the security situation in the municipal districts Radvanice and Bartovice. The core part was the processing of three analyzes of security risks in the municipal districts Radvanice and Bartovice. The conclusion of the diploma thesis includes the design of appropriate measures and the selection of the best solution on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge.
