Small Enterprise - Setting up a Limited Company

The purpose of this thesis is to approach the problems concerning the foundation of limited liability company and simulation its foundation. The thesis consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. In theoretical part of my thesis I focused on small and middle enterpreneurship, most common forms of enterpreneurship, including detailed analysis of the limited liability company. I also focused on theoretical process of foundating the limited liability company and clarification of what should good business plan contain. In practical part, I founded fictive limited liability company – Fitcenter ALEX. I drew out the process of foundating the company with exact data and connections and created business plan, which is necessary for starting an enterpreneurship. The result of my thesis is a manual, which will help the beginning enterpreneurs as a template for starting an enterpreneurship.
