Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti

Abstract

In the theoretical part, the work deals with the introduction of the company TEPLOTECHNA Ostrava a.s. and at the same time describes important concepts such as the company and its surroundings, competition and competitiveness, competitive environment, competitive advantage. It also characterizes the terms PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter's analysis of the five forces, which are crucial for the analysis of the company in the second part of the bachelor's thesis. In the practical part, the work focuses on the description of the current state of competitiveness of the company on the basis of the above-mentioned analyzes. Finally, it presents proposals for maintaining a majority market share and offers solutions to reduce the company's weaknesses.
