Informační linky pro komunikaci s obyvatelstvem za mimořádných situací

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on information lines for communication with population in emergency situations. Generally it deals with communications with the public in emergency situations and legislative documents of this field. It compares information lines of individual regions in the Czech Republic and marginally describes the situation abroad. It also discusses the analysis of operations of the information line during the floods in Olomouc Region in 2010. Based on its results, it is suggested solutions for collaboration between the Information Line and the Crisis Staff of Olomouc Region.
