Abstract

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the announcement of the construction or for the issuance of a building permit according to Annex No.12 to Decree No.499/2006 Coll. and for the construction according to Annex No.13 to Decree No.499/2006 Coll. The basis for the preparation of this thesis was an architectural study, which was prepared in the course Architecture Design Studio 1 in the academic year 2020/2021 and was further elaborated in the course Architecture Design Studio 5 in the academic year 2022/2023.

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the design of family semi-detached house in Ostrava – Muglinov. One part of the family semi-detached house is designed for a family of four. The building is non-basement, two-storey with a flat roof. The family semi-detached house is divided into two construction objects (S01 and S02).

This bachelor´s thesis contains in the text part the project documentation with an accompanying report and a technical report. The annexes are part of the work, which contains the drawing documentation of the family semi-detached house.
