Účinné farmaceutické substance v odpadech a odpadních vodách farmaceutické firmy

Abstract

Ve své práci se zabývám výskytem námelových alkaloidů v odpadní vodě a kalech, které prochází procesem čistění v čistírně odpadních vod farmaceutické firmy. Je zde uveden popis jednotlivých částí čistírny odpadních vod a kalového hospodářství. V další části této práce je uvedena platná legislativa. Dále se zde popisuje metoda zjišťování přítomnosti námelových alkaloidů ve vodě. Porovnává se množství námelových alkaloidů obsažených ve vodě, které do čistírny odpadních vod přitékají, s možným množstvím námelových alkaloidů obsažených ve vodě, která po vyčištění odtéká.

In my work I deal with the occurrence of ergonic alkaloids in sewage and sludge, which are undergoing a cleaning process in wastewater treatment plants of pharmaceutical companies. Here is a description of the parts of the sewage treatment plant and the sludge management. In the next part of this thesis there is a valid legislation. The method for detecting the presence of ergot alkaloids in water is also described. It compares the amount of alkaloid alkaloids contained in water entering the waste water treatment plant with a possible amount of ergonic alkaloids contained in water, which after leaching is leaked.
