Abstract

The thesis is focused on the development of a business plan in the field of hospitality and rental of technically equipped training rooms. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan in the field of hospitality and rental of technically equipped training rooms in the comfortable environment of the company and also to evaluate the feasibility of the business plan. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis of the business plan creation and adequate methodology. In the fourth part is characterized the business plan with all the essentials and structure according to Srpová et al., 2010. The output of the situational analysis is described in the Lean canvas method. The financial plan of the company is prepared in three versions - optimistic, neutral and pessimistic. The method called Gantt diagram is used for a clearer representation of the project plan. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the business plan and its feasibility.
