Abstract

In the presented thesis statement are summarized employer duties towards The District Social Security Administration referring to the Act number 187/2006 Collection of Law, concerning health insurance entering into force on 1 January 2009. In the first part , there are clarified basic concepts - an employer, an employee, local jurisdiction. The following chapters particulary refer to employer duties towards The District Social Security Service. Every single obligation is described by the use of an example. At the final part of the thesis statement I have assessed fulfillment of employer obligations in relation to the District Social security Administration.
