Projekt vytápění rodinného domu v Nové Vsi

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a heating system and domestic hot water preparation for a newly built family house in Nová Ves near Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The building is a two-storey structure without a basement, with a flat roof, intended for permanent residential use. Heating is provided by a low-temperature underfloor system combined with ladder-type radiators in the bathrooms. An air-to-water heat pump was chosen as the main heat source, with a gas condensing boiler proposed as an alternative solution. The thesis consists of two main parts — structural and building services. The structural part includes the design report, technical summary, and drawing documentation. The building services part deals with the thermal assessment of building envelopes, heat loss calculations, energy balance, and the energy performance certificate. It also covers the design of the heating system, underfloor heating, domestic hot water preparation, and the dimensioning of safety and circulation devices, including the relevant drawing documentation. An assessment of a critical structural detail and an economic comparison of the proposed heat sources are also included. All outputs are based on current legislative requirements and technical standards in the field of building construction and building services engineering.
