Hospodaření Základní školy a Mateřské školy Úsov

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast regionálního školství. Cílem práce je provést hodnocení hospodaření Základní školy a Mateřské školy Úsov, příspěvkové organizace, jejímž zřizovatelem je obec Úsov, analyzovat finanční toky plynoucí do regionálního školství a navržení možných změn a opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení finanční situace vybrané školy. V teoretické části je metodou rešerše odborné literatury a právních předpisů popsána organizace a řízení školství v České republice, právní postavení škol a školských zařízení a zásady financování regionálního školství. Ve druhé praktické části je metodou analýzy časové řady proveden rozbor hospodaření školy za roky 2009 až 2013. Pro tuto analýzu jsou použita data z ekonomických výkazů a z interních dokumentů školy. V poslední kapitole bylo provedeno hodnocení analýzy hlavní činnosti školy i ostatní a hospodářské činnosti. Byly navrženy podněty ke zlepšení finanční situace školy. Podrobné členění příjmů a výdajů je zobrazeno v přílohách bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis focuses on regional education system. The aim of the work is to evaluate the economic management of the primary school and of the kindergaten in Úsov. They are both public-benefit corporations established by the town Úsov. The bachelor thesis analyses the financial flow coming to the regional education system and it aims at proposing possible changes and measures for improvement of the situation of the above-mentioned schools. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the description of the organisation and management of the education system in the Czech Republic, the description of the legal status of the schools and of the educational institutions, and the principles of financing of the regional education system. The literature related to this topic was examined and the legal regulations were studied. In the second practical part of the bachelor thesis there is an analysis of the management of the school in the years 2009 – 2013. For the analysis the data from the economical reports and internal documents of the school were used. The last chapter of the bachelor thesis contains an evaluation of the analysis of the main activities of the school. Suggestions aiming at an improvement of the financial situation of the school were proposed. A detailed survey of the incomes and outcomes of the school can be found in the appendix of the bachelor thesis.
