Abstract
The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of part of the project documentation of
the apartment building and the design of two variants of flat roofs roofing. The diploma
thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the project documentation
for the execution of the construction. The second part is the technological procedures of
two roofing variants, time plans for roofing and itemized budgets. The conclusion of the
thesis, which contains the third part, deals with the comparison of the proposed flat roofs
with the output of the differences according to the financial and time aspect.
