Abstract

This thesis deals with the heating of the house for several reasons: - A designer can reduce the energy demand for heating, - Selection of a heat source and heating system provide economic and environmental benefits, - Investor acquires comfort when using the object. I chose a gas condensing boiler, which has higher efficiency compared to conventional gas boiler. The acquisition value of a condensing boiler is indeed about 20 000 CZK higher than traditional gas boiler, but the savings in gas consumption, this price difference back within 5 years. Hot-pipe system with forced ensure thermal comfort, which can be easily adjusted according to the needs of users of the building.
