Abstract

The thesis comprises the construction part of the multifunctional house´s design proposal and the technological procedure of two implementation´s alternatives of the ceiling. The first option is the technological process of presstresed prefabricated ceiling panels Spiroll. The second option is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The ceiling constructions are compared and evaluated from a technological, economical and time perspectives.
