Vliv parametrů indukčního zušlechtění na finální vlastnosti Cr-Mo ocelí

Abstract

In my thesis we were dealing with treatment of bars from steel grades 42CrMo6 and 42CrMo4 on induction treating line of Třinecké Železárny. In part I´m discussing about technology of induction treatment and advantages of treating the rolled bars. For these grades we were looking for optimal temperatures of quenching and tempering to meet standard ČSN EN ISO 898-1 class10.9. Experiment ran in three different dimensions to cover production range according customer´s requirements. It were realized mechanical tests, both according the standard, and those required by customer. We also performed the metallographic evaluation of the microstructure for particular grades
