Technologický předpis provádění zděných konstrukcí objektu bytového domu

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design of a residential building, which is located in Hlučín. It includes a complete project documentation for building permit in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. documentation of buildings, thermal technical assessment of selected structures, technological specification for masonry brick Porotherm and solutions to organization according to Annex 1 of Decree č.499/2006 Coll. the documentation. It also contains a timetable and budget for the whole building and an additional two selected building materials. Finally, it will be evaluated which of the three selected materials for house construction will be best in terms of financial, time, heat-technical aspects of construction technology.
