Koncepce procesu přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Safety Pro, s.r.o.

Abstract

The thesis deals with process of Recruitment and Adaptation Employees in the Safety Pro, s.r.o. Company. Theoretical knowledge of personnel activity make up the first part of the thesis. The thesis named "Conception of Employee Recruitment and Adaptation Process in the Safety Pro, s.r.o. Company," has tree aims. The first aim of the thesis is creating methodical booklets to process of Recruitment Employees. Two of this aimes are focused on the adaptation process; this is a creating of adaptation package and compilation of individual adaptation plan.
