Rozhodovací procesy v krizovém štábu

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší otázku rozhodovacích procesů v krizovém štábu. Je rozdělena na tři části. V první části seznamuje čtenáře s pojmem krizový štáb, nastiňuje druhy krizových štábů, postavení a úkoly jednotlivých členů štábu. Dále popisuje nezbytné požadavky k zabezpečení chodu krizového štábu, tedy aktivaci, technické zabezpečení a organizační strukturu krizového štábu. Druhá část je zaměřena na manažerské rozhodování. Popisuje jednotlivé prvky a fáze rozhodovacího procesu a znázorňuje rozhodovací model využívaný v krizovém štábu. Poslední část se soustřeďuje na identifikaci problémů, které mají dopad na efektivitu práce krizového štábu. V závěru práce je nastíněn možný způsob řešení těchto problémů.

This thesis solves the issue of decision making in crisis management staff. It is divided into three parts. The first one explains the term task force, outlines the types of emergency staffs and shows the role and tasks of each crew member. Thesis also describes fundamental requirements of staff management operation – activation, technical security and organization structure of the staff management. Second part of the thesis focuses on the manager decision making. This part describes particular elements and phases of decision-making process and shows decision-making model used in the crisis management staff. Last part of the thesis solves the problem of work efficiency of the crisis staff. Thesis also suggests potential solution of these problems.
