Abstract
This thesis deals with the possibility of determination of organic compounds in water by using an advanced method of SPME combined with gas chromatography. Theoretical part in four main chapters include issues of organic matter occurring in water, then approaching separation methods and their division with a focus on SPME, which then provides more detailed search SPME methods and developed the principle of GC. Virtually The thesis focuses on the hypothesis of application of the SPME fiber and the columns for the determination of BTX in water. It deals with experimental determination of the optimal time for extraction of BTX for the SPME fiber and optimizing the GC conditions (temperature and desorption time, the optimal temperature mode) to achieve separation of compounds of BTX used for the column. In conclusion it summarizes the results.
