Abstract

Dušan Rosypal The subject of my thesis was to connect architectural design with the technical requirements of the building. Object was designed to be functioned while its using without any major problems. The study of the designed structure was the result of exploration of the area. Therefore for construction and technical requirements could not come to changing the concept or term structure. I had to decide for compromise many times, but in the end, there was a good combination of both factors. The primary and the most valuable criterion in the design of the building was, that it has to serve its users in all ways as operational, technical and aestetics, without problems. The proposed project is no longer just an intention, but i tis really realized project. Education center was designed for a plot in Ostrava – Přívoz on the corner at Wattova and Špálova streets. There is the main railway station of Ostrava nearby.
