Zpracování scénáře ohrožení nemocnice mimořádnou událostí

Abstract

This master thesis proposes a scenario of a possible course of an extraordinary event at Olomouc University Hospital. The study is divided into several parts. The first part summarizes the basic theoretical concepts in the risk management domain, crisis management and healthcare. The next part concerns the particular hospital chosen for the purpose of this work. Based on the risk analysis, it identifies its risks, which are then evaluated using the multi-criteria method. The final part deals with the most critical risk evaluated in the previous analysis, and proposes a scenario for a possible course of an extraordinary event. The scenario is supported by necesery information and data, which would be required for coping with this extraordinary event.
