Abstract
The bacalor‘s thesis deals with the processing of the Non-measuring records for the needs of the cadastral register.
The work desribes the types of NEMZ used to merge plots.
The work is focused on the Revision of the Real Estate Cadastre in the cadastral area,
Krnov-Horní Předměstí, where NEMZ No. 3582 was prepared to merge the plots.
Subsequently, a new parcel n. 5647, which is newly displayed in the digital cadastral map.
The bachaler´s thesis desribes the process of creating NEMZ in apllication programs DIKAT, Smart Client HTML5 and display in ISKN.
