Abstract

This thesis deals with an overview of a developing the database system for guiding a group´s agendas of a scout group in Děčín. In the thesis is firstly analyzed a current method of guiding a group´s agendas, from which was resulted a disunity in this guiding and a need of making a new system. On the base of distinguishing the problem areas, formulating the user´s requests including the application of further ways for making a database is developed a logical proposal of a data structure of a new system. There is used a method of the structured approach with a database design. The thesis is completed with an implementation part in which are described the made forms and lists in a database workspace of the MS Access 2007.
