Abstract

This thesis deals with the wage system in the selected company. The objectives are to analyse this wage system and then evaluate it. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one deals with the legislation of wages, working hours and corporate benefits. In the second part of the thesis is described the wage system in a company, which is being analysed. In the third part the wage system of the selected company is evaluated by comparing with the legislation and it is suggested to recommendations to its improvement.
