Abstract

Rationalization Project of Enterprise Management

The aim of this diploma thesis is to rationalize the management of PRESSKAN system, a.s. company dealing with the pressure sewerage technology. The theoretical part is the description of the company profile and there are given theoretical and methodological issues of management strategies. Furthermore, there is described the method of obtaining information about internal enterprise processes. Practical part is divided into analysis and design, which presents the results of strategic analysis and analysis required to implement the proposal into the form of flow charts.
