Vliv technologie patentování a tažení na mikrostrukturu a mechanické vlastnosti ocelového drátu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the effects of drawing and patenting processes on the final quality of steel wire. In particular on its mechanical properties and microstructure. The aim of this thesis is to compare samples from two different lines. These are patenting line A and line B.. The comparison was made immediately after the patenting process, and finally for the final wires. In order to achieve these objectives, samples were taken from each line and tensile, fatigue, alternating bending and simple torsion tests were carried out as part of the experimental part. In addition, Vickers microhardness measurements and microstructure assessment in transverse and longitudinal sections on optical and scanning electron microscope.
